Use My Bookstore to manage your booklists, view recent orders, download MARC records, view recommended lists, view collections that you have uploaded for duplicate checking and/or collection analysis and view your online account information.

Use the My Booklists window to create new booklists or update current booklists. You can rename, copy, delete merge, distribute, or compare lists.

1. Select the booklist you want to work with by clicking in the box to the left of your booklist name.
2. Click on the button for the function that you would like to perform.
3. Click on List Name, School/Owner, or Mod. Date to sort.

Use the My Recent Orders window to view current or shipped orders and to view cancelled titles

1. Select your booklist by clicking on the radio button to the left of your booklist.
2. Click on the view order detail button to view or print reports, or to download MARC records.
3. Click on the View/Print Reports button in the dark blue bar to view or print a title status report or lexile list. You may sort your list in author, title or dewey sequence.

Or

1. Select your booklist by clicking on the radio button to the left of your booklist
2. Click on the Download MARC Records button to download MARC records from orders that have been shipped in the past 180 days.

Use My Account to view and make changes to your sort and display preferences and to view your standing order specifications.

1. Click on Bookstore Profile to view your sort and display preferences.
2. Click on the arrow to the right of the text boxes to change your sort or number of items displayed.
3. Highlight your preferences and click the save button above or below.
4. Check the boxes to the left of the items that you would like to be included in your display and click the save button above or below.

Use Recommended lists to view all recent recommended lists for your area.

1. Click on the list to view a detailed list of the titles. (For further information, please see Search Results.)

Use My Collections to create new collections and append or delete collections that have already been uploaded to Bound To Stay Bound.

To create a new collection –

1. Click on Create.
2. Verify your school information.
3. Choose a name for your collection.
4. Click on the radio button that corresponds with the function that you would like to perform.
5. Send the file to be uploaded.

To append a collection that is already on file –

1. Click on the radio button to the left of the collection to be appended.
2. Highlight the collection that you would like to append.
